The story of Legends

Legends is a premium experiences company that specializes in delivering holistic solutions for sports and entertainment organizations and venues. Founded in 2008, Legends are the industry leaders in designing, planning and realizing exceptional experiences in sports and entertainment.

We first started working with Legends in 2023 when they were looking to hire into their design team. Due to company growth and a significant increase in clients, there was an urgent need for the business to add two designers. 

Challenge: Urgent need to expand design capability

The business needed to appoint two Designers who could:

  • Integrate quickly into a high-performing team
  • Deliver immediate impact across active client projects
  • Combine strong UX and digital design expertise with commercial awareness

Despite ongoing efforts, the team had struggled to engage the right calibre of candidates, particularly given the specialist nature of the roles and the need to hire for multiple positions simultaneously.
