Following this, Andrew Stoves led the US-based search, partnering with the firm’s North American leadership team to refine the brief and identify candidates with strong brand delivery experience in complex, global organisations. Once again, a well-screened shortlist was presented, allowing the business to move confidently and secure the right permanent hire in New York.
