We first started working with Mixtiles in 2023 when 3Search was referred to the hiring team by another business we had previously worked with. Mixtiles needed the support of a specialist marketing recruitment agency as they made their first hire in the US – a Head of Marketing role.

We were looking to make our first Head of Marketing hire in the USA and were referred to Jason and Olly at 3Search from a mutual connection in Israel.
