Job Title: TikTok Shop Executive
Salary Range: £27,500-£30,000
Location / Working Model: Manchester (Deansgate) | Hybrid
 
Our client is a fast-scaling UK DTC consumer brand that has grown from zero to eight-figure revenue in just a few years and is now expanding into retail and new product categories. Social commerce sits at the heart of their growth, and TikTok Shop has recently been brought in-house to give greater control, speed and brand consistency. This is a junior, execution-led opportunity to join a fun, ambitious team of around 30 people, where pace, personality and ownership are genuinely valued.
 
The TikTok Shop Executive will focus on the day-to-day running of TikTok Shop, supporting live shopping, affiliates and product merchandising to help drive consistent sales growth.
 
Role Highlights
- Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop live shopping activity
- Book and coordinate freelance live hosts and shifts
- Schedule and support live events, testing times and products
- Report on live performance and identify quick optimisations
- Maintain product listings, descriptions and merchandising
 
You Will Need
- Hands-on experience with TikTok, ideally affiliate or Shop-related
- Confidence sourcing and approving creators via TikTok schemes
- A proactive, self-starting approach with strong attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication with creators and freelancers
- Genuine interest in TikTok, creators and social commerce trends
