Our story
Over the years, we've scaled alongside our customers, supporting them as they've grown their marketing, sales and revenue operations teams. Our recruitment offering continues to evolve alongside our customers in the consumer, services and technology sectors to ensure they're always equipped to scale.
2014
In 2014, 3Search was founded by experienced go-to-market recruiters, Charlie Rawstron and Andy Sellers, as they sought to deliver an improved recruitment experience for businesses and candidates.
2020
In 2020, 3Search launched in North America, opening our first New York office shortly after. Since then, we have supported a wide variety of high-growth businesses as they scale their marketing and sales teams.

In 2023, we launched 3Search Executive to provide bespoke support for clients appointing C-suite leadership. This exclusive service is led by a team of dedicated headhunters.

In 2025, recognising the growing synergy between marketing and sales teams, we merged with The Sales Recruitment Company. This brought Sam Church onboard as a Co-founder of 3Search and allowed us to expand our expertise to our clients.
