We are partnering with a high-growth D2C consumer brand that is currently scaling its internal creative engine. Following a period of significant momentum, they are looking for a strategist who understands the intersection of brand storytelling & performance metrics. This is a pivotal role where your output directly impacts customer acquisition & brand equity within a fast-moving, data-led environment.
The Creative Social Strategist will lead the charge on how this brand lives & breathes across social platforms. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between 'the big idea' & 'the conversion', ensuring that content is not just aesthetically pleasing, but commercially effective.
Role Highlights
– Lead the end-to-end creative strategy for both paid & organic social channels – Focus on Meta & TikTok as primary growth drivers for the brand
– Work closely with Growth & Performance Marketing teams to refine the full-funnel content approach
– Implement a rigorous testing framework for hooks, visual styles & messaging to lower CAC
– Oversee content calendars & platform-native publishing for organic growth
You Will Need
– A background in a D2C or social-first brand environment
– Extensive experience in paid social creative strategy, with Meta being a core strength
– The ability to translate performance data into actionable creative briefs
– A portfolio or track record of developing content formats that drive both engagement & revenue
– A collaborative mindset, comfortable moving at the pace of a scale-up business
