As part of continued commercial growth, they are investing in strengthening their marketing automation and CRM infrastructure to ensure every campaign is measurable, scalable, and aligned to revenue. This newly prioritised position will play a central role in shaping how marketing performance translates into pipeline and long-term customer value.
The HubSpot CRM Manager will take full ownership of the HubSpot ecosystem, transforming it into a structured, insight-led growth engine that drives a predictable, high-quality pipeline.
  
Role Highlights
  • Build and optimise full-funnel lifecycle journeys from prospect to upsell
  • Develop advanced lead scoring models combining fit and behavioural intent
  • Implement automated routing by territory, segment, and ownership
  • Govern attribution, UTM tracking, and campaign association accuracy
  • Design event, webinar, and gated-content workflows that scale
  
You Will Need
  • Proven hands-on HubSpot CRM and marketing automation expertise
  • Strong understanding of MQL/SQL frameworks and SDR alignment
  • Experience improving conversion performance through data-led optimisation
  • Confidence-building dashboards and reporting tied to pipeline outcomes
  • A meticulous approach to segmentation, governance, and data integrity
