The CRM Specialist will own the execution and optimisation of commercially driven email campaigns, playing a key role in helping build a more advanced, triggered lifecycle programme.
  
Role Highlights
  • Build, launch, and optimise high-volume commercial email campaigns
  • Develop triggered and behavioural sends alongside ad hoc campaigns
  • QA builds meticulously to ensure flawless rendering and performance
  • Run structured experiments to improve revenue, conversion, and engagement
  • 70% hands-on execution with 30% optimisation and strategic input
  
You Will Need
  • Hands-on CRM/email experience within a fast-growing B2C digital business
  • Confidence using an enterprise ESP (Braze experience highly advantageous - open to Iterable, Bloomreach, etc)
  • Basic HTML knowledge for email builds and familiarity with dynamic content or Liquid
  • Strong commercial instinct and ability to articulate your personal campaign impact
