What they need
- Someone who can confidently define what “good” looks like and isn’t afraid to uphold that standard across website, paid media, email and social
- A designer who has managed external agencies before and knows how to brief, challenge and elevate third-party output (not just approve it)
- Someone with strong UX/UI instincts, particularly when it comes to designing and refining high-performing landing pages
- A creative who understands the balance between brand and performance and how design decisions impact conversion
- Someone commercially aware and proactive, who enjoys working in a lean, high-growth environment where priorities move quickly
What you’re great at
- You’re highly confident in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and can jump into files without hesitation
- You’ve designed and optimised landing pages and key ecommerce journeys, understanding both user behaviour and visual storytelling
- You’ve coordinated multiple stakeholders or agencies at once, keeping projects moving while protecting quality
- You know how to give clear, direct, constructive feedback that improves work rather than dilutes it
- You’ve delivered digital projects from concept through to final execution, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint
- You’re organised and detail-oriented, comfortable reviewing outputs before launch and spotting what others might miss
- You collaborate well with marketers and developers, translating ideas into execution without friction
What you’ll get
- Hybrid working from SW London (4 days initially, with potential flexibility post-probation).
- 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
- Discretionary bonus
- Gym membership
- Product discount
- Clear progression opportunities as the brand continues its international growth journey
- The opportunity to have genuine influence within a lean, ambitious team where your work directly impacts performance and brand perception
