If you're passionate about eCommerce and retail performance, this is a chance to step into a high-impact role within a fast-growing digital growth team supporting well-known retail brands. You'll act as a trusted partner across 3-4 client accounts, blending sharp commercial thinking with hands-on delivery. You'll be surrounded by specialists in Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO and Creative, and backed by a modern technology stack that helps you connect marketing activity to real business outcomes. Expect autonomy, pace, and clear development pathways—plus the support to level up your craft quickly.
 
The Manager, Digital Growth will lead day-to-day performance across multiple eCommerce accounts, turning insight into strategy, and strategy into measurable growth.
 
Role Highlights
- Own performance strategy across 3-4 retail/eCom accounts
- Coordinate delivery across search, social, SEO and creative
- Identify opportunities, risks and next-best actions early
- Deliver campaign plans, timelines and stakeholder updates
- Bring fresh thinking on retail trends and best practice
 
You Will Need
- 3-4 years' digital growth / performance marketing experience
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills
- Confidence with ROAS, CPA, revenue and KPI storytelling
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Ads and Meta platforms
- Comfortable presenting in weekly calls and QBRs
