Interim Partnerships & Sponsorships Manager - £300 per Day (LTD) - 6 Month Contract - London | Hybrid (3 days onsite) - ASAP Start Date
  
Our client is a well-established, fast-moving organisation operating at the intersection of finance, media and live experiences. During a period of transition, they are investing in experienced partnerships leadership to protect value, elevate delivery and ensure every sponsorship relationship continues to perform at a premium level. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused environment where clarity, pace and stakeholder confidence matter. You’ll step into an existing portfolio, take ownership immediately and play a visible role in shaping how partnerships are activated, measured and evolved for the future.
  
The Interim Partnerships & Sponsorships Manager will take full ownership of an established sponsorship portfolio, ensuring contractual rights are delivered flawlessly while partnerships are embedded across marketing, brand and CRM activity.
  • Own day-to-day delivery of sponsorship and partnership agreements
  • Manage rights delivery, activation plans and performance tracking
  • Lead live experiences including hospitality, ticketing and golf days
  • Act as the primary contact for partners, rights holders and executives
  • Support future partnership strategy, onboarding and transition planning
You Will Need
  • Proven experience leading sponsorships/partnerships in at least one of the following: sport, gaming/esports/e-gaming, financial services or media/publisher partnerships, with end-to-end delivery
  • Strong knowledge of rights management and partner activation
  • Experience across live events, hospitality and stakeholder management
  • Confidence operating within regulated or compliance-led environments
  • Ability to step into an interim role and deliver from day one
