You’ll work directly with the CEO, influence senior leadership decisions and build a marketing engine that scales with the business. The Marketing Director will own the end-to-end marketing strategy, translating brand strength and insight into sustained demand, pipeline contribution and commercial results.
  
Role Highlights
– Own and deliver a growth-aligned marketing strategy across priority segments
– Build and scale a high-quality B2B demand generation engine
– Lead full-funnel performance, reporting and optimisation from awareness to sales handover
– Define market positioning, messaging and external narrative across all channels
– Lead, develop and set performance standards for the marketing function
  
You Will Need
– Proven senior B2B marketing leadership with clear pipeline and MQL impact
– Deep experience in demand generation, funnel metrics and conversion optimisation
– Confidence partnering with Sales and Product on ICPs, propositions and launches
– Proven experience in subscription-based Marketing, with strong knowledge of recurring revenue models
– Strong commercial mindset, prioritising spend based on ROI and outcomes
– Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on and delivery-focused
