Our client is a leading property developer, delivering mixed-use environments designed to create thriving communities. Due to continued growth across their portfolio, they are now seeking a Marketing Manager to elevate brand presence, drive engagement and support commercial performance across a flagship development.
  
The Marketing Manager will shape and deliver the marketing strategy for a destination, increasing awareness, driving footfall and supporting leasing performance through creative and data-led campaigns.
  
Role Highlights – The Marketing Manager will:
– Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, social and on-site channels
– Drive brand visibility and engagement to support leasing activity
– Promote events that increase awareness and community engagement
– Establish and manage strategic brand partnerships
– Collaborate closely with commercial and leasing teams to align marketing with occupancy goals
  
You Will Need – The Marketing Manager will bring:
– Strong social media and digital marketing expertise with measurable ROI
– Proven experience marketing events (promotion-focused rather than operational delivery)
– Background in real estate, destination marketing, retail, placemaking or hospitality
– Experience building commercially valuable brand partnerships
– Willingness to be on-site four days per week
