Following sustained international growth, our client is strengthening their in-house creative capability to support performance-led digital campaigns across web and CRM. This is a fast-moving, delivery-focused environment where design quality directly influences commercial results, and where modern design systems and prototyping are central to how work gets shipped.
This is an opportunity to embed yourself within a mature marketing and digital function, partnering closely with performance, CRM and web teams to deliver high-impact creative at pace, without agency friction or guesswork.
The Performance Marketing Designer will play a critical role in shaping conversion-driven design across paid, owned and lifecycle channels, with a strong emphasis on scalable systems and rapid iteration.
Role Highlights
The Performance Marketing Designer will…
– Design high-performing web and CRM assets aligned to performance goals
– Build, evolve and maintain robust design systems in Figma
– Produce rapid prototypes to test concepts and optimise journeys
– Collaborate daily with performance marketing, CRO and CRM teams
– Translate insights and data into commercially effective creative
You Will Need
– Advanced, hands-on expertise in Figma, including design systems
– Proven experience designing for performance marketing or D2C brands
– Strong web design capability with conversion principles baked in
– Experience creating and iterating prototypes at speed
– Confidence working closely with marketers, developers and stakeholders
