Our client is seeking a Senior Events Experience Manager to lead the delivery of a year-round programme of large-scale events, enlivenment and commercial activations across one of London’s most high-profile mixed-use estates. Welcoming millions of visitors annually, this destination blends culture, commerce, education and community in a vibrant public realm. This opportunity has arisen through continued growth and the evolution of the estate’s experience strategy, creating the need for a senior leader to elevate operational excellence, compliance and commercial performance.
  
The Senior Events Experience Manager will take ownership of the estate-wide events operation, ensuring every activation is delivered safely, commercially and to exceptional customer standards.
  
Role Highlights – The Senior Events Experience Manager will
– Lead end-to-end delivery of estate events, activations and commercialisation initiatives
– Oversee production agencies, contractors and third-party partners across set-up and breakdown
– Manage operational risk, licensing and full H&S compliance including Martyn’s Law readiness
– Control event and commercialisation budgets, ensuring accurate income reconciliation
– Champion cross-functional collaboration with marketing, security, estates and client teams
  
You Will Need – The Senior Events Experience Manager will bring
– 5+ years’ senior event management experience within a mixed-use estate or public realm
– Proven leadership of on-site teams and external production partners
– Strong working knowledge of IOSH or NEBOSH standards and event safety legislation
– Commercial acumen with experience managing service charge or CAPEX budgets
– A personal licence and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and local authorities
