The Senior Influencer Sales Marketing Manager UK (m/f/d) will build and scale a revenue-driven creator sales ecosystem across the British market, turning creator relationships into measurable sales, repeat revenue and long-term brand equity.
  
Role Highlights
  • Own and deliver a UK creator sales strategy with clear revenue targets
  • Source, onboard and negotiate with high-performing UK creators and partners
  • Build a scalable creator portfolio that drives consistent fashion drop sales
  • Lead end-to-end campaigns, from seeding to optimisation and reporting
  • Forecast revenue and optimise drops, launches and sales pushes
  
You Will Need
  • 4-5+ years’ experience in influencer or creator marketing with a sales focus
  • Proven ability to build or lead a high-performing team
  • Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence using influencer tools, KPIs, Sheets and project platforms
  • Deep understanding of UK social platforms, trends and creator economics
