They’re hiring a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to sit at the intersection of sustainability, data, and sales.
The role
This is a highly practical, execution-led marketing role in a lean team. You’ll work closely with sales and focus on activity that directly supports pipeline creation, deal progression, and revenue growth — while telling a credible, evidence-based sustainability story.
It’s not a brand-only role. It’s about clarity, relevance, and impact.
What you’ll be doing
Owning day-to-day marketing execution across digital, content, events, and sales enablement
Partnering closely with sales to support enterprise pipeline and deal conversion
Managing campaigns, leads, and attribution through HubSpot or similar platforms
Maintaining the website and core assets to clearly communicate sustainability value and commercial outcomes
Delivering a focused programme of priority industry events
Building structured content and LinkedIn activity aligned to sustainability, ESG, and commercial priorities
Supporting account-based marketing for enterprise customers
Ensuring sales teams are equipped with up-to-date sustainability narratives, proof points, and materials
What they’re looking for
Around 5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS, sustainability tech, PropTech, or a related tech-led environment
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or comparable platforms
A proven ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue
Experience working closely with sales in an enterprise, revenue-driven environment
Comfortable operating in a small team with real ownership and autonomy
Commercially minded, structured, and confident executing without heavy oversight
Backgrounds from adjacent sectors such as fintech, data platforms, or professional services are welcome if the mindset and execution style fit.

Salary circa £70k base + bonus, with flexibility for exceptional candidates
