The story of Creative Collective Agency

Founded in 2021, Creative Collective Agency (CCA) is a growing creator agency operating in a highly competitive and fast-moving market. With a small but ambitious team, their success depends on the strength of their talent roster and their ability to attract new creators and commercial opportunities. 

At this stage of growth, every hire has a significant impact on the direction and scalability of the business. They needed to onboard a new Talent Manager to accommodate their growing workload when they worked with specialist influencer marketing recruiter, Olivia Wilde.

As the agency expanded, they needed to introduce a dedicated Talent Manager to drive new business through talent acquisition – sourcing and securing high-quality creators for their roster.

We successfully placed a Talent Manager into the business, growing the team from three to four employees. This strengthens Creative Collective Agency’s ability to attract and manage talent and positions the agency more competitively within the creator economy 

The appointment represents a key step in building a scalable foundation for future growth. We have since continued to partner with the business as they continue to expand their offerings.
