The story of Just Eat

Just Eat is a leading global online food delivery marketplace, connecting consumers with over 350,000 partners across 16 countries. Operating at scale in a fast-moving, highly competitive consumer market means that their marketing, CRM and communications teams are under constant pressure to deliver.  

During a period of heightened marketing activity, the business identified an urgent need for additional resource. To maintain delivery timelines and reduce pressure on permanent staff, they required experienced day-rate contractors who could start immediately and add value with minimal onboarding. 

Just Eat's internal talent team was already stretched across the wider organisation, making it difficult to move quickly enough to meet immediate demand. That's were our specialist contract recruitment consultants came in.

With urgent start dates and shifting priorities, Just Eat needed a recruitment partner who could provide real-time market insight, manage candidate availability, and deliver contractors who could operate at pace.
