The story of The Langham Estate

The Langham Estate is a Central London property estate spanning over 11 acres in Fitzrovia. The business manages a diverse portfolio of retail, leisure, office, and residential spaces, with a clear focus on curating a vibrant, high-performing destination. 

At a pivotal growth stage, the estate was evolving its commercial strategy – shifting from a predominantly tenant- and business-focused approach to one that more actively drives consumer engagement, footfall, and on-site spend. This required a change in how marketing supported the estate’s performance.

The Langham Estate needed to introduce a dedicated B2C Digital Marketing Manager to support its next phase of growth. This was a newly created role, with no existing framework or precedent.
