As the business continued to scale, they have hired across digital and ecommerce to ensure continued growth, customer engagement and brand consistency across markets. 

Challenge: Building a high-performing digital team at pace

In 2024, YOTEL identified the need to strengthen leadership and capability across digital and ecommerce, creating the VP of Digital & Ecommerce role. This job title would set the direction for the wider function.  

The initial VP hire was pivotal. YOTEL needed a senior leader who could own global digital and ecommerce strategy while operating effectively in a fast-moving, commercially driven hospitality environment.
